(Great blog. I'm a huge fan of your family's work)

On Martha advice:

#2 Not Katie Couric. Oprah... special primetime "event"

#5 Keep The Apprentice. I'm a regular guy and would watch this show. It could only help improve my media perception of Ms. Stewart. Once that happens, I will join the ranks of my "independent woman" friends cheering Martha's name. I think you're just wrong on this one. I liked the GoDaddy ad too... and transferred all my domains to them (for the cheap prices, not the boobs).

#6 Out with K-Mart. Are you serious? Shopping at K-Mart in the S.F. Bay Area is like shopping in ghetto hell. I say she should hook up with a company like Whole Foods or Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, or Williams-Sonoma. Remember Dustin Hoffman in "Rainman?" "Yeah, K-mart sucks."

Glad to hear others agree that the Apprentice: Martha is a bad idea. All I read and see on the news is how terrific it will be for her to promote herself.

And yes, you would think there are other more important business stories that Martha's release from prision. But remember we are a celebrity driven society. So these types of stories make big news. Which is why her comeback has so much potential if she just uses the media wisely.

Thanks!

On Martha...

Agreed. Americans have shallow memory pools and are as quick (or quicker?) to show forgiveness to the contrite as they are to burn them at the stake in the first place.

"The Apprentice" will do more damage than good. It is already over-killing The Donald (I'd like to open the debate as to the exact moment that TA "jumped the shark.") and with the over amount of attention that Martha already receives (is there really a lack of things going on in the world that MSNBC needs to cover her release?)it will definitely over-kill her and, worse, could expose some severe flaws.
